Week 8 Workshop Discussion
In the spirit of collaboration—a critical aspect of the screenwriting and filmmaking industry—you will now write 1-2 pages of each of your peer’s scripts within your designated group. This will not only provide you with additional, technical screenwriting practice but it will allow you the opportunity to challenge yourself by writing in a variety of other writer’s style and voice, as well as other character voices. You will want to do your best to try and mimic the narrative style of each writer and attempt to best capture each character’s unique voice—the goal will be to make these additional pages feel cohesive and consistent with the original writer’s work. You can find the scripts in last week's discussion. Post your your additional 1-2 pages for each script to this discussion thread.
